Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at contact@electrikxpert.com with your order number.

• If your order is in the ‘Pending’ or ‘Payment Verification’ status, it can be modified or canceled.
• If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it following our Return & Refund Policy below.
• Our support team will respond to your request within one business day.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept limited returns due to the nature of electronic components. Below are the conditions under which a return request may be accepted:

1. Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipment:

• Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Provide clear pictures and a description of the damage.
• Once approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

2. Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive an incorrect product:

• Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Limitations on Returns

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Improper Usage: Products damaged due to incorrect handling or misuse.
• Not Fit for Application: Please read the product specifications before placing an order. We do not accept returns for items that do not fit specific applications.
• Altered or Damaged Condition: Items that have been soldered, modified, or altered from their original state are not eligible for return.
• Late Claims: Return requests made more than 3 days after receiving the product will not be accepted.
• No Proof of Manufacturing Defect: Customers must provide clear proof of any manufacturing defect. Electronic components require technical knowledge, and issues caused by improper use, such as burning or malfunctioning due to incorrect handling, will not be eligible for return or refund.
